The online driver education program is designed for students to be able to take the "classroom" portion of the course at their own pace. We are in the process of creating our own state approved online program. However, until it is completed, we have partnered with National Highway Safety and currently use their state approved program. Parents love the ease of the program and the ability for us to see how the student is doing progress and grade wise.

Students can access the program 24/7 but may not complete the course any sooner than two 2-weeks (14 days) because of state time guidelines. The program does have stops and makes students take a break between each module. Students will take several quizzes and will be asked to go back and review if scores do not meet state requirements.

At the end of the program, students will also take a final exam, which will then be averaged with the quizzes to give a final score. This test does NOT take the place of the BMV required permit test.

If you register online, a link will be sent directly to the STUDENT'S email address to finish registering and begin the online program. Please avoid using school emails because they tend to block these emails from being received.

Upon completion of the online program, and once the student has received his/her permit then we can start to schedule the behind-the-wheel lessons. The online program must be completed in 6 months from the registration date. However, the driving lessons are good for two years from the date of purchase. Once the whole program has been completed and the student passes, they will be eligible to take the road skills test with our school instead of at the BMV.
